Do I have to pay an admission fee?
Yes, all guests over the age of 5 must pay a $15 admission fee to enter the arcade. All games are set to FREE PLAY, meaning NO QUARTERS OR TOKENS are needed! Admission is good for the entire day. You will be given a wristband at entry which allows you unlimited reentry until close
Do I have to pay the admission fee if I don't play any games?
Yes, everyone ages 6 and up must pay the admission fee to enter the arcade
Are children allowed in the arcade?
We admit guests of all ages for the entire day unless otherwise specified. Certain special events may be age restricted. Be sure to check our social media to see the day's events! The first Friday of every month is 21+ after 8pm
Can I leave and come back into the arcade on the same day?
Yes! You will be given a wristband at entry which allows you unlimited reentry until close
Do you have memberships?
Yes, you can buy a monthly or annual Power-Up Pass membership for $60 or $420, respectively. Members enjoy unlimited entry into the arcade and 5% off all food, drinks and merchandise during the membership period. Members are also given 2 Free Admission coupons to give to friends or family members. Yearly members receive 24 coupons at time of purchase
Monthly memberships are good for 30 days after activation. Memberships do NOT auto-renew
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in-store at any amount

Do you serve food?
All of our guests are treated to unlimited popcorn with admission! Other snacks such as candy and chips are available for purchase
Can I bring in outside food?
Yes! Guests are welcome to bring in their own food or even have it delivered! We have many fantastic restaurants within walking distance.
Outside beverages must be non-alcoholic (with the exception of those purchased in downtown Woodstock and stored in a clear container)
Do you have a bar?
Yes! We have a full bar with a wide selection of beers, wine, and spirits. Try a signature drink from our cocktail menu!
Don't drink? No problem! We have six delicious, Pokémon themed mocktails to try from! ♫ Gotta taste 'em all ♫
