Guests may arrive at any time during the party day to take full advantage of the all-day pass. Reserved tables and lounge couches will be readied 15 minutes prior to the party start time. Pizza, cake and sodas will be brought to the table 30 minutes after the party start time. The event organizer is responsible for the coordination of the party, including calling guests to the table/lounge, serving food and drinks, and ensuring timely conclusion of the party. An arcade attendant will clear and clean the table and lounge areas at the end of the reserved party time.
Adults and Siblings:
All patrons over the age of 5 must have a paid admission. This includes event organizers, parents, chaperones and siblings. Any patrons excluded from the guest list will be charged the normal daily pass fee of $15. The event organizer is responsible for communicating this policy to all guests to avoid any unexpected charges.
Guests may bring decorations, limited to table cloths, dinnerware, and one centerpiece. Absolutely no confetti is allowed.
Outside Food and Beverages:
Guests are allowed to bring in outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. Any food and beverages served must fit on the reserved table space. Ice cream and food requiring on-site heating (such as Bunsen burners) are prohibited. Guests may bring in alcohol served in a clear plastic cup by another establishment in the Woodstock entertainment district as allowable under the Woodstock city ordinance. BYOB provisions are otherwise prohibited.
Anyone consuming an alcoholic beverage must show a valid ID at the bar prior to service. No alcohol is served on Sundays.
Cancellations and Changes:
All deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule a party up to 36 hours prior to the party start time.
A 10% service cost is added to all parties to cover set up and cleaning.
At the end of the party, you will be provided with an invoice for final payment updated with the final guest count and add-ons. Payment can be made online or at the register.
