About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Observe, instruct and monitor guests for adherence to safety and other company guidelines

  • Process sales transactions in the POS system, make change, count and balance cash drawer

  • Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving concerns effectively

  • Set up console games for customers

  • Answer customer questions about games, facilities, products & promotions

  • Perform opening and closing procedures and clean machines and work area frequently throughout the shift

  • Perform minor troubleshooting and report any machines needing service

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to multitask

  • Have a proactive, enthusiastic, positive attitude ready to solve problems and adapt to change in a start-up environment

  • Enjoys interacting with people

  • Able to work weekends and holidays

  • At least 16 years old

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Able to wear a face mask at all times, unless exempted by a documented protected condition

  • Able to not smoke or vape while on premises

  • Able to provide references


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with sales transactions and POS systems

  • Multilingual

  • Enjoys working with people

  • Knowledge and appreciation of retro and current arcade/video games and systems
